Born in Brescia on 6th November 1983, he lives and works in Italy.
Self-taught painter, frequents since child his grandfather's studio and travel through Europe to learn directly from the great Masters' works.
Gathering suggestions from Fantastic and Psychic Realism and fascinated from the long European tradition of Imaginary - in Spring 2008 he received appreciation from and meets in Montecarlo Prof. Ernst Fuchs - his painting focuses on the representation of the Concept by creating a symbolic and evocative image of the same. A sort of disturbing post-modern Symbolism that aims to stimulate reflection and to contrast the continuous and senseless mediatic bombardment made by the society of Blinding (Paul Virilio).
"Bulgarini achieves a kind of noetic intravision of the image; [...] in his work we can see the overcoming of Baudrillard's concept of Simulacrum […] recovering ability to See (the true essence of things) with the exposition of the concept contained into an enigma symbolically provocative and disturbing, together with a constant technical study.
