My images are the residue of an intense creative effort,sculptural renderings of fleeting organic substance that occupy a realm devoid of emotion, but prey to the cruelty of experience.

My use of spatialising planes and particular colour combinations are not just a method for trapping the image, but an attempt to remove the burden of narrative, and display the figure as a plastic construction.I have acheived this by the development of a complex set of pictorial and formal devices, which allows the unconscious to be filtered into the confines of a material space.
